The Homebirth Index: Index of research on Homebirth

The Midwives' Archives: Contains the archived information from a popular midwifery mailing list, where one can look up almost any pregnancy- or birth-related topic.

The CPM Study published in the British Medical Journal: In the largest study of its kind internationally to date, researchers analyzed over 5000 home births involving Certified Professional Midwives across the US and Canada in 2000. This study compares outcomes and medical interventions with low risk hospital births.
